It’s okay to change your mind. You can apply for a refund provided that

• zero users have participated in the campaign.

Refunds for left rewards

If there are rewards left in your campaign, you can apply for a refund provided that:

• Entries are verified automatically
• The amount of participants is less than the amount of winners

How to apply for a refund

1. Check whether you meet the above refund conditions.
2. Contact port3 admin in : https://discord.com/invite/WnJGexPv8G
3. Tokens you deposit will be sent back to you within 5 working days
4. Gas fees will be deducted
5. For “Not started” campaigns, it will be changed into “Draft” status after refund.
