If you encounter a signature error or no data upon logging into the SoQuest Dashboard, you can resolve this by disconnecting and then logging in again.
Additionally, the following two factors may also included:
- Ad blocker. The sign-in error may be caused by having installed an ad blocker. To resolve this, plz close the ad blocker and try again.
- Comupter time. If you see an indication ‘signature has expired’, the solution is to update computer time. Make sure that the computer time and date are automatically updated.
Q2: I have already published a verified tweet, but why haven't I get official verification?
After publishing a verified tweet, the official team will receive a system notification and proceed with the verification process. To pass the verification, project owners need to meet the following criteria:
- Complete project information, including project twitter, discord, Telegram, official website, etc.
- Possess a reasonable user base.
- Nice project quality.
Q3: I've invited the SoQuest Bot to my group, but why can't I match our community name when setting up tasks?
This issue might arise due to the following reasons:
- After inviting the bot to the group, ensure it has been granted Bot Admin permissions.
- Your Discord/Telegram community should meet the minimum requirement of 50 members. If this requirement is not met, you can temporarily substitute the "Visit Website" task.
